2. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for ETHN Pharmaceuticals?
Any product may be returned within 7-10 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and not satisfied with it, please call +92 41 5213613 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from the below options for returning your products.

Option 1
You can return your product/s directly to ETHN Pharmaceuticals office address Shop No. 26, 2nd Floor Kohinoor-1 Plaza, Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad once we receive your products at ETHN Pharmaceuticals office address we will return your amount to your Bank Account / EasyPaisa / JazzCash.

Option 2
Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at our address We will deduct Rs 200 (Delivery Charges) from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / EasyPaisa / JazzCash.

If you suspect that your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
